GENERAL ACCESS & DELIVERY
- When will I receive access to my program?
Access to your training begins immediately upon successful purchase.
You will automatically receive (a) an email confirmation of your purchase; and (b) separate login credentials and instructions to access your program materials.
If you do not receive your login information within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot locate your access details, please contact: [email protected].
- How do I access my program materials?
All programs are delivered digitally through a secure online platform. After purchase, you will receive all necessary login credentials and instructions via email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- How long will I have access to my program?
Unless otherwise stated on the sales page for a specific offer:
- Paid Ads Playbook®
- Ads Mastery Mastermind
- Hall of Fame; and/or
- Other coaching programs
include twelve (12) months of access from your date of purchase. Access to additional coaching, events, and replays not outlined above vary by program, but will be specifically given certain live components, bonuses, or event replays may have shorter access windows as stated on the applicable sales page. - Are there any physical products included?
Some programs may include physical materials such as workbooks.
- Paid Ads Playbook®, Ads Mastery Mastermind, and Hall of Fame receiving a printed workbook, which will be timely mailed (within 5 to 10 business days), at no additional cost to you provided the address is in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom, and to the address provided at checkout. get a printed workbook shipped to their address.

- What if I cannot attend a live session?

PAYMENTS & PAYMENT PLANS
- Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Certain programs may offer a pay-in-full option or a payment plan.
If you select a payment plan, per the Terms and Conditions that you agreed to and are legally bound:
- You are agreeing to pay the full program price over time;
- This is not a subscription service; and
- You remain responsible for completing all payments.
An active credit card must remain on file until the balance is paid in full.
- What happens if my payment fails?
If a scheduled payment fails:
- Access to the program may be temporarily suspended.
- You will be given an opportunity to update your payment method.
- Continued failure to complete payments may result in default and the full remaining balance becoming immediately due.
- Accounts in default may be referred to collections.
Access will be restored once payment issues are resolved.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
- What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature and immediate access to program materials, all sales are final. Refunds are not available. In rare circumstances involving death or incapacity, a refund may be considered at the Company’s sole discretion. If a refund is issued:
- Access to the program will be immediately revoked; and
- A Non-Disclosure Agreement may be required prior to processing the refund.
You agree per the Terms and Conditions of purchase that chargebacks and payment disputes on valid charges are not permitted.
- Are any programs subscription-based?
No. None of the programs are subscription-based. All programs are either:
- Paid in full; or
- Paid via a structured payment plan.
You are responsible for completing the full payment amount selected at checkout.
If you joined Ads Mastery Academy prior to April 1, 2026, then that program may be a monthly subscription based membership, which can be canceled at any time through the end of your initial 12-month period. If you cancel by the 15th of any month, your membership cancellation will be effective as of the last day of that month (30th or 31st). If you cancel beyond the 15th of any month (16th through end of month) your membership cancellation will be effective on the 1st of the month after next. For example, if you cancel on 5/23, your last day of access is 6/30. If you cancel on 5/14, your last day of access is 5/31. Cancellation requests should be emailed to [email protected].
If you joined Ads Mastery Academy prior to April 1, 2026, and should you renew Ads Mastery Academy, any renewals will be a one year commitment and will not be cancellable.
- Can I cancel my payment plan?
Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled to avoid completing the agreed balance. When you choose a payment plan, you are committing to the full program investment.
- Can I upgrade to another program?
Participants in the amount already paid toward an upgrade to a higher-value offer, provided the request for an upgrade is made in writing within seven (7) days of their original Program date. Upgrade eligibility and pricing are determined by the Company.
ELIGIBILITY & ACCESS LIMITATIONS
- Who is eligible to enroll?
Programs are available only to individuals domiciled in:
- The United States
- Canada
- The United Kingdom
Certain programs may have additional eligibility or revenue requirements as stated on the sales page. The Company reserves the right to refuse service at its sole and exclusive discretion.
- Can I share my access with my team?
Access is allowed to other teammates who are either employees and/or independent contractors to your business, are allowed on a limited basis, and shall not exceed two (2) persons, subject to certain limitations. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable license for use within your own business only. You may not:
- Share login credentials
- Distribute materials
- Resell or teach the content
- Create derivative programs based on the materials
Violation of these terms and any of the intellectual property terms outlined in the Terms and Conditions will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
REMOVAL & TERMINATION
- Can my access be revoked?
Yes. Access may be revoked without refund if:
- You violate the Terms and Conditions;
- You are determined to be ineligible;
- You breach payment obligations; or
- You violate community policies.
If access is revoked solely under the Company’s Right to Refuse Service provision after purchase, a full refund will be issued. For any other issues that result in revocation no refund will be issued.
