We’re looking for an experienced, motivated high-ticket sales closer to join our team. This part-time, commission-driven role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with entrepreneurs and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Who You Are
- You are a confident, persuasive closer who loves helping entrepreneurs make big decisions that grow their businesses.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment and are motivated by results.
- You have excellent communication skills, can handle objections with ease, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people.
- You are self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your schedule to meet sales goals.
- You get excited about high-ticket sales and understand the value of guiding clients toward the right solution for their needs.
- You are experienced in operating independently throughout the sales pipeline from outreach to client onboarding.
- Excited by the thrill of the chase, enjoy fostering relationships and motivated by healthy competition.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls with qualified leads and close new clients into our high-ticket programs.
- Confidently present our coaching programs and offers, overcoming objections and guiding potential clients to a “yes.”
- Follow up with leads via email, text, or calls to maximize conversions.
- Accurately track calls, pipeline status, and sales results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience closing high-ticket offers greater than $10k in value
- Successfully achieved a conversion rate of 35%+ in prior roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
- Excited to work with entrepreneurs and help them succeed
